WARRANTY AND SERVICE

Limited Warranty

All Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. sound moderators are sold subject to the terms of the following limited warranty and service agreement. The purchase of a Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. sound moderator constitutes the agreement of the purchaser to the following terms and conditions and expressly excludes and limits any other claims, rights and liabilities.

Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. warrants their titanium sound moderators to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Any manufacturing defects will be repaired or the sound moderator replaced at no cost to the original purchaser.

Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion.All repair work must only be carried out by Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. Any attempt to repair and/or open the unit shall void this warranty.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use and/or installation, misuse, lack of maintenance or improper operation of the sound moderator. This includes improper mounting of the unit, which can result in internal damage and possible risk to the operator.

Damage caused by alteration to the sound moderator, or repairs made by third parties other than Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd.

Firearms and munitions are inherently dangerous. Therefore, the purchaser of a Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. sound moderator assumes all risks of personal injury or injury to others arising out of the use and/or misuse of this product.

This limited warranty is issued in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

There are no other warranties other than the expressed limited warranty set forth in this document. No one is authorised to assume or undertake for Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product.

Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage, commercial loss or any other loss or damage not specified in this warranty. Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. sole obligation hereunder is the repair and/or replacement of the defective product.

This warranty is only valid in the United Kingdom and only to the original purchaser. No individual has the right to extend this warranty to a subsequent purchaser or owner of the product.

No individual can accept for, or on behalf of Quicksilver Silencers (UK) Ltd. any obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

It is recommended that the unit only be mounted on barrels either threaded by a professional gunsmith or on factory threaded barrels that have been checked for concentricity of the threads to the bore. If you choose to have your barrel threaded by unqualified persons, this warranty shall be void and the user shall be responsible for costs incurred for repair or replacement.
